Camilla Mae Gullett was granted her angel wings on September 27th, 2024 due to an unexpected complication from her epileptic seizure disorder.
Camilla’s life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understand that the quality of her existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which she spent with us here on Earth. Her gentle smile could melt the hearts of those around her and although she didn’t have many words, her voice and thoughts could always be heard.
Camilla was always happy and could spend hours playing with her baby dolls or cuddling close to those she loved so much. She enjoyed listening to music, dancing, and reading stories. She always had her blankie (nana) with her.
Although Camilla’s illness presented her with different challenges, she possessed great strength, perseverance, and an ability to overcome incredible odds. She has led us to believe that each day is a blessing and an opportunity to create lasting memories.
With Camilla’s passing, we remind others that her life is one to be celebrated. We are so thankful Camilla and her siblings got to spend three years together so they can hold on to the memory of Camilla’s gentle spirit. Although we will miss her every day, she will forever remain in our hearts. We were able to create wonderful memories and it has been a privilege to be her parents.
Camilla leaves behind many wonderful family members and friends that provided love and support throughout her entire short life. There is a special place in our hearts for Camilla’s team of doctors, therapists, and teachers because of their continued dedication, love and support.
Camilla is survived by her loving parents, AJ and Samantha Gullett; sister Sophia Gullett, and twin brother Clark Gullett; grandparents, Danny and Stacy Cristiani, Charles and Teresa Gullett; aunt and uncles, Shelby (Josh) Dunning, and Daniel Cristiani; cousins, Grayson and Molly Dunning; great grandparents, Dan (Anne) Cristiani, Linda Bridges, and Ralph Bradshaw; and a multitude of great aunts, great uncles, cousins and second cousins, family friends, and her dog Ryder.
She was preceded in death by her great grandmothers, Judith Bradshaw, Virginia Gullett, and Wilma Wilson; great grandfathers, Larry Gullett and Albert Wilson; great aunt, Robin Bradshaw; and cousin Emerson Cristiani
