Bruce E. Stroud, 57, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on April 11, 2017. He was a "Jack-of-all-Trades" and enjoyed auto detailing, landscaping, home-improvment, and dancing.
Bruce was born on October 20, 1959, in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Leroy Stroud, Sr. and Doris (Newcomb) Stroud. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Curtis Lee Stroud.
Along with his mother, Bruce is survived by his daughters, Mary A. Hayden, Laci D. Hayden, and Melodye Matthews; his 6 grandchildren; siblings Leroy Stroud, Jr., Regina A. Billups, Sandra L. Stroud, Annette E. Woodard, Angela D. Hopkins, and Natalie D Stroud, and a host of nieces and nephews .
Cremation was chosen in regards to the family's wishes. A Memorial Visitation and Home-Going Service will be held Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Mt. Lebanon Missionary Baptist Church (2224 W Chestnut St, Louisville, KY 40211) with Pastor Ronald L. Gadson presiding.
