Bruce Wayne Patterson, Sr.

Bruce Wayne Patterson, Sr., 61, of Louisville, KY passed away on November 5, 2018. He was an Army veteran, car enthusiast and loved to hunt and fish. He was in the plastic manufacturing industry. Bruce was always doing things for others and many times put them above himself.

He was preceded in death by his father, Harold Norman Patterson, Sr.; brother, Ronnie Patterson; grandfather, John Alfred Clark, Jr. and grandmother, Mary Athasia Clark.

Bruce is survived by his wife, Becky Patterson; sons, Shawn Gray, Bruce (Kelly) Patterson, Jr. and Eddie (Kiley) Patterson; 10 grandchildren; mother, Margaret (Charlie) Shelton; brothers, Harold Norman Patterson, Jr., Edward Ray Patterson and Richard (Michelle) Myron Patterson; sister, Rose (Roland) Marie Oaks, Sr. ; 5 step-brothers and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 8, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY from 4pm-8pm. A celebration of Bruce's life will be Friday, November 9, 2018, beginning at 12pm at the chapel of the funeral home.
