William Bruce Dowell, 64, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, July 1, 2019. Bruce was a leader of Boy Scout troop #476. Bruce was a master carpenter, and loved the outdoors, and particularly enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He was born on July 9, 1954 in Noblesville, Indiana to William and Nancy Dowell. He is preceded in death by his Father, William C. Dowell.
Bruce is survived by his loving Wife of 43 years, Gloria M. Dowell, Mother, Nancy C. Dowell, Son, Steven (Mary) Dowell, Daughter, Sarah (Dustin) Dowell, Brother, Keith Swann, and Sisters, Tina Dowell, Jeri (Carl) Vance and Teresa Giannokis, and his sidekick Nina.
A celebration of Bruce's life will be announced later.
