Brittany Jo (Scott) Lopez

Brittany Jo (Scott) Lopez, 29, of Jeffersonville, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2021. Brittany was a loving wife and mother and enjoyed cooking, visiting the beach, and anything Disney. She will be remembered for her kind heart and her willingness to always help others in need.

She was born on October 8, 1991, in Louisville, Kentucky, to Savannah (Spencer) Crosier and the late Tony Scott. Along with her father, Brittany is preceded in death by her daughter, Alexis Lopez; and grandfather, Luke Vest.

Along with her mother, Brittany is survived by her loving husband, Emmanuel E. Lopez, Jr.; children, Emily, Emilia, and Emmanuel E. Lopez, Jr.; siblings, Toni (Barry) Meyer, Brittany (Starr) Renee, Alyssa (Reagan) Crosier, Shannon (Evan) Phares, Shane (Breanna) Crosier, and Gerald Crosier; grandmothers, Carolyn Vest and Pam (Mike) Bowling; stepfather, Gerald Crosier; father-in-law, Everardo (Adriana) Lopez; mother-in-law, Jessica (Peewee) Hernandez; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - New Albany (3309 Ballard Lane). Her Funeral Service will be at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home with cremation to follow according to Brittany's wishes.
