Brenda Sue (Forman) Shaw

Brenda Sue (Forman) Shaw, 64, of Georgetown, Indiana, passed away on Monday, November 19, 2018. She was a member of the Georgetown Christian Church and an avid animal lover. She was a big IU Basketball fan and an even bigger fan of her grandchildren, who were her pride and joy.
She was born on December 7, 1953, in New Albany, Indiana, to Virginia L. (Lori) and the late John M. Forman.
Along with her mother, Brenda is survived by her loving husband of 47 years,Garry L. Shaw; sons, John Shaw and Benjamin Shaw (DeAnna); grandchildren, Audrey Shaw, Taylor Shaw, Shelby Koerner (Clay), and Alex Shaw; and siblings, Cathy Wicke and Thomas Forman (Sherry).
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 25, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - New Albany. Her Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Byrneville Cemetery in Georgetown, Indiana.
The family requests that contributions in Brenda 's memory be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund (26 Broadway, 14th Floor, New York, New York 10004).
