Braxton Lee Cook, infant son of Sean Cook and Angela Gentry, passed away in New Albany, Indiana, on September 14, 2016.
Braxton is survived by his parents, Angela Gentry and Sean Cook; brothers, Isaiah and Jensen Cook; grandparents, Robin and Terry Gentry and Barbara and Richie Tyre; along with extended family.
Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, September 19, 2016, at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) with service to follow at 2:00 p.m. Burial will take place after the service at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.
