Bradley Scott "Bam Bam" Courtney, Sr., 47, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021. He was born on September 16, 1974, in New Albany, Indiana. Bam Bam was a big NASCAR fan and loved fishing. He enjoyed watching TV and spending time with his family as much as possible. Bam Bam was a hard worker his entire life. Even through his recent health problems, his work and his family were always his priority. He took great pride in working at Bert R. Huncilman & Son for over 20 years.

Bam Bam is survived by his loving wife, Heather Courtney; son, Justin Mattern; son, Bradley Courtney, Jr.; daughter, Emily Courtney; sister, Melinda Pace Courtney; sister, Kimberly Courtney; 3 grandchildren; and 1 grandson on the way. He is preceded in death by his mother, Bonnie (Hall) Williams; and stepfather, Billy Williams.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, October 22, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Cremation will follow in accordance with his wishes.
