Bonnie's mother died when she was young, leaving many young children whom Bonnie helped raise. She worked really hard all her life helping her families. She married at 30 and began her own family in Louisville. She was a good mother. She was always a room mother, a 4-H leader and was at every school function. She saw to it that her children went to college, if they wanted to. She sewed, clothed and cooked incredible meals.
She was known for her peanut butter fudge. Her many friends at local businesses waited for the days she brought them boxes of it. She made pillow cases and embroidered them and gave them to family and friends. These are treasured heirlooms.
She had a sharp tongue, was quick witted and rarely turned down a shot of Jack Daniels'.
Her memory will live a long time...there are too many funny stories to tell.
