Billy Ray Sanders, 58, passed away on April 15, 2018. He enjoyed spending time at Rough River camping, boating and fishing. Billy was an avid UofL and Chicago Bears fan. He loved spending time with his family, friends and grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Brenda Miller and nephew, Jesse Jones, Jr.

Billy is survived by his wife, Susan Sanders, Daughter, Sherry (Neil) Gibbs; grandchildren, Caroline, Cate and Carly; parents, Jeff and Marie Sanders; sister, Janice Spencer; brother-in-law, Ervin Miller and a host of nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 18, 2018, at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY from 12pm-6:30pm with a celebration of Billy's life beginning at 6:30pm.

Burial will be Thursday, April 19, 2018, beginning at 11am (EST) at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hwy 2202, Irvington, KY.
