May 2, 1937 — January 10, 2016

Billy Ray McFadin, age 78 of Louisville, passed away Sunday, January 10, 2016. Originally from Bowling Green, KY., he attended Bowling Green High School. He was a retired Pressman with Courier-Journal Lithographing for over 30 years, and was a deacon and usher at Evangel World Prayer Center. He is preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Mary McFadin.

Billy Ray is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Marjorie Hoops McFadin; children, Debbie Gross (Don), Dawn Dodson and Monica Frey (Harvey); grandchildren, Erika Dodson, Krystal Fuller (Reese), Kari Gross, Zackery Moss, Destiny Moss, Brittany Box (Daniel) and Andrea Frey; great-grandchildren, Braylon Fuller, Mackenzy Dodson-Roach, Audrey Dodson-Roach, Amya Gross, Gideon Box, Ezra Box, Rowan Box and Elliott Box; siblings, Ed McFadin (Billie), Shirley Handy (Larrell) and Jack McFadin (Vicki); and a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 10am-1pm Thursday, January 14, 2016 at Evangel World Prayer Center, 6900 Billtown Road, Louisville, KY., with service to follow at 1pm. Entombment will be in Resthaven Memorial Park.

Memorials may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
