Billy Burns

Billy Daniel "Danny" Burns, 54, passed away on Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at his home in Floyds Knobs, Indiana, with his loving family by his side. Danny was a veteran of The United States Air Force. He enjoyed watching professional football and was also an avid I.U. fan. Danny appreciated the simple things in life whether it be cooking out with his family and friends or just listening to some good classic rock music.

Danny is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, DeAnn (Kaiser) Burns; children, Danielle, Aaron, Alec & Rachel Burns; mother, Sabra (Gunter) Passman; mother-in-law, Ruth Kaiser; siblings, Patty Jackson, Terry Burns, Tammy Box, Dawn Keefe, DeAnna Burns, Jeremiah Burns, Joshua Burns, & Isaiah Burns; siblings-in-law, Sheryl King, Chris Kaiser, & Becky Wenning; and many nieces & nephews. He is preceded in death by father, William Burns; and father-in-law, George Kaiser.

Visitation will be from 12 to 8 PM on Monday, June 1, 2015 at Sacred Cross Oratory (Preuss Plaza, 3682 US 150, Floyds Knobs, IN 47119) and on Tuesday after 10 AM. His Funeral Mass will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at the church with entombment to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.
