Beverly June Newkirk, 81, of Bedford, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, March 29, 2021.
She was born on May 25, 1939 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Standish and Ruby (Lewis) Newkirk. She is also preceded in death by her brother Gerald Newkirk.
Bev is survived by her children, Tracey Cowan, Frances Bullitt (Randy), Bridget Dye (Wayne), Jay Torsch (Cindy), grandchildren Chelsey, Jonathon, James, Stephanie, Christopher, Jordan, Ashlie, Jacob, Josh, Morgan, Molly and six great-grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen for Bev and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
The family requests that contributions in Bev's memory be made to Special Olympics Kentucky (105 Lakeview Ct, Frankfort, KY 40601).
