Beverly M. Kemp, a loving matriarch and dedicated worker, passed away peacefully on October 16,2024, in her cherished hometown of New Albany, Indiana. She was born on December 3, 1954, a bright light in the lives of those around her, and she continued shine throughout her life, especially in the hearts of her family.

Beverly devoted her career to housekeeping in nursing facilities, where she brought not only her hard work but also her kind spirit to those she cared for. Her compassion and gentle touch made a significant impact on both residents and colleagues alike. She found purpose in her work, exemplifying the qualities of dedication and empathy.

Beyond her professional contributions, Beverly treasured the moments spent with her family, and there was no role she cherished more than that of a grandmother. She leaves behind her beloved grandsons, David (Jennifer) Hardin, Jr. and Stetson Briles, and granddaughter, Maddy Hardin, who will forever remember her warmth and the love she showered upon them. Beverly was also a proud great-grandmother to Kendall, Kalia, Journie, Ivy, and Paisley, each of whom brought her immense joy.

She is survived by her dear sisters, Carolyn Cliffton and Donna Rager, along with her niece, Virginia Sullivan, and several additional nieces, nephews, and cousins who will carry forward her legacy of love and kindness.
