Beverly Anna Goodman

Beverly Anna Goodman, 81, passed away on September 27, 2021. She was a dedicated, hard worker at Robley Rex VA Medical Center and retired after 20 years of service. Beverly was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed fishing, playing games with her family and socializing with friends at the Deaf Club.

She was preceded in death, husband, Sam Goodman; parents, Chester Miller and Nellie Logsdon; twin daughters, Charlene and Marlene Bramblett; sister, Mary Beth Miller; grandchildren, Roy Clinton Bush, III and Christina Russ; great-granddaughter, Jordan Rose Leon and son-in-law, Roy Bush, Jr.

Beverly is survived by her daughters, Linda Bush, Mary Ann (Richard) Leon, Charlene (Donnie) Ball and Cherie (Chad) Haysley; 12 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and great-great granddaughter.

Visitation will be Friday, October 1, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funeral & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY, from 12pm-8pm with a celebration of Beverly's life beginning at 6pm.

The family asks that donations be made to Hosparus Health, c/o Development Department, 3532 Ephraim McDowell Drive, Louisville, KY 40205.
