Mrs. Betty Jean Hawkins, age 62 of Elizabethtown, Ky., formerly of Middletown passed away Wednesday, August 4, 2011 at her residence.
She is survived by her loving husband, Danny R. Hawkins, and her daughter, Donna Boyer.
Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, August 8, 2011 at Louisville Memorial Gardens East, 11601 Ballardsville Road, Highway 22, Louisville, Ky.
