Betty, of Louisville, KY, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2013.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Harriet Rogers (Gilson) and brother, Lawrence Chester.
Her survivors include her nieces, Lynn Kleinhans (Jack) and Lori Smith (Kyle); her sister-in-law, Mel Chester.
Funeral ceremony will be Thursday, March 7, 2013 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Dr., in Middletown at 11:00 am with burial to follow at Resthaven Cemetery. The visitation will be at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. Expressions of sympathy may be made to The Humane Society.
