Bettie Jean (McGee) Spencer, 94, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2017. She was a member of New Beginnings Community Church.
She was born on September 25, 1923 in Joliet, Illinois to the late Walter and Myrtle (Ahlstrend) McGee. Bettie was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Spencer.
Bettie is survived by her children, Tom Spencer (Ann), Carol Huston (Murphy), James Spencer (Jane), Suzanne Corrao (Pete); 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen following Bettie's wishes. She will be laid to rest privately, along with her husband, at Elmhurst Cemetery in Joliet, Illinois.
