Beth A. Dale, 54, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on August 12th, 2017 after a short and difficult battle with pancreatic cancer.
Beth was born on May 1st, 1963 in Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by her husband Harry Dale.
She is survived by her daughter Lindsay Dale. She was a wonderful and loving mother, and will be deeply missed.
There will be no service at her request.
