Benjamin C. Coutts, 33, passed away on Friday, May 6, 2016, in Louisville, Kentucky.
Ben was born on December 7, 1982, in Faribault, Minnesota. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Chester Coutts.
He is survived by his daughter, Madison Allen and her adopted mother, Amanda Allen; father, James Coutts; mother, Lois (Weitzenkamp) Largent; brother, Nathan Coutts (Stephanie); grandparents, Bernice Campbell, and Jack and Marilyn Weitzenkamp; and numerous aunts, uncles, and other relatives.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 12, 2016, at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, Indiana). His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday at the funeral home with burial to follow at Tunnel Hill Cemetery in Georgetown, Indiana.
