Barbara Phelps, 56, of Louisville, passed away on March 29, 2015.
Barbara was born in Louisville on May 19, 1958, the daughter of Robert Darnell and Betty (Bowles) Zinser. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Krissy Craft.
Survivors include her daughters, Connie Mohrbacher and Melissa Rowland; sisters, Donna Cade and Debra Miller; brother, Robert Darnell; and grandchildren, Betty and Julian.
Barbara's funeral ceremony will be held Thursday, April 2, 2015 at 6:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - Southwest Chapel (10304 Dixie Hwy). The family will greet friends from 2:00 pm until time of service at the funeral home.
