Mrs. Barbara D. Smith, age 73 of Louisville passed away on Monday, August 02, 2010. She was preceded in death by her mother, Irene Thurman Back.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her children, James D. Smith, Cathy L. Smith, Irenena Dawn Harlamert; father, Harley B. Back; brother, Harley S. Back; 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Ceremony will be 7:00 pm Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive in Middletown with visitation from 2pm until time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to Hosparus.
