Audrey Jean (Noble) Wittenburg, 70, of Charlestown, Indiana, passed away on January 22, 2016. She was a homemaker, took great care of her family, and enjoyed going to the casino boat.
Audrey was born on December 21, 1945, in Bebe, Arkansas, to the late Chelsea Noble and Addie (Wilhite) Noble Hall. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Ray Hall, and sisters, Sharon Noble and Marilyn Sue Brown.
She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Ernest Wittenburg, Jr.; children, Kelly Benjamin (Lee), Chip Wittenburg (Toni), and Jennifer Naylor (Cliff); sisters, Deanna Wheeler and Michelle Westmoreland; brother, Bobby Noble; 12 grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen. Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, IN 47150) was entrusted with the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association (P. O. Box 9067, Louisville, KY 40209).
