Aubrey Sumner Jr., 77, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on February 8, 2017.
Aubrey was born on March 23, 1939, in Plattsburg, New York to the late Aubrey and Pauline (Stevens) Sumner. He was also preceded in death by his son, Anthony Sumner and brother, Alexander Sumner.
Aubrey is survived by his wife of 57 years, Louise Sumner; daughters, Susan (Robert) Prestigiacomo and Penny (Mark) Jeffries; 11 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and 2 on the way; brother, Luther (Sandra) Sumner and Michael Sumner; sister, Barbara Sumner; and a host of relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association and KY Humane Society.
