Ashlyn Denise Hibbs

Ashlyn Hibbs, 21, passed away on April 24, 2021. Ashlyn loved her family and spending time with them brought her joy. She had a contagious smile and could make you laugh. She had a love for music and movies. Ashlyn had a fearless competitive nature and enjoyed playing Lacrosse and Field Hockey.
She was preceded in death by her son, Ashton Hibbs; grandfather, James Wickersham; uncle, Chris Cox; aunt, Lynnette Cox and cousin, Alexis Cox.
Ashlyn leaves to cherish her memories, her mother, Shannon Hibbs-Cox; father, Richard Cox; brother, Andrew (Chasity) Hibbs; sisters, Alyssa (Travis) Hibbs, Destiny Cox, Tabitha (Luis) Cox and Laura (Brian) Gallo; grandmothers, Barbara Cox and Venita Hibbs; aunts, Shane (Mike) Hibbs, Donna Montgomery; uncles, Shawn Hibbs and Kenny Cox and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be Sunday, May 2, 2021, at Newcomer Cremations, Funeral & Receptions, Southwest Louisville Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY from 3pm-8pm. A celebration of Ashlyn's life will be Monday, May 3, 2021 beginning at 12pm at the funeral home.
