Ashley Leigh Scharf, 39, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2020. She was an outgoing person that was devoted to her family. Ashley also had a love for animals.
She was born on September 4, 1980, in New Albany, Indiana. Ashley is survived by her parents, David J. Scharf (Susan) and Pamela M. (Brown) Scharf; grandmother, Betty Jo Brown; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her sister, Kristan L. Scharf; and grandparents, Adolph, Jr., and Norma J. Scharf and Paul R. Brown.
In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, no public services will be held at this time. A celebration of Ashley's life will be announced at a later date. Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (3309 Ballad Lane, New Albany) was entrusted with her care.
