Arthur Earl Thomas, 77, of Riverview, Michigan passed away on August 5, 2017.
He retired after 29 years of service from the Romulus Engine Plant in Romulus, Michigan. Arthur proudly served our county during Vietnam in the U.S. Army.
He was born on July 10, 1940 in Gulfport, Mississippi to the late Reuben Thomas and Thelma (LaGarde) Thomas Taylor. He was also preceded in death by his sister Rubye Mae Thomas, brother James Allen Thomas, and step-father Herbert Taylor.
Arthur is survived by his wife of 19 years, Mary Ann Thomas; children, Angela, Arthur II, Reuben, Timothy, Darryl, Bernard, Tony, Michelle, Lisa, Felisa and Eric.
He is also survived by grandchildren; Haley, Xavier, Winter, Tenia, Taylor, Marquez, Savannah, Braxten and great granddaughter Zoey, sister Elaine Anderson, and brother Reuben Malcolm Thomas.
