Antoinette "Toni" Inks, 82, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on February 28, 2017.
Toni was born on August 24, 1934 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late Joseph and Helen (Gorczyca) Zastawny. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John W. Inks, Sr., grandson Jeremy Kostrzewski, sisters Vicki Switala, Genevieve Switala, and brother Joseph Zastawny.
Toni is survived by her daughters, Lynn Kostrzewski, Diane Quellhorst (Brian), Karen O'Connor, and son John W. Inks, Jr. (Tammy), grandchildren Vicky Mathis, Michael Kostrzewski (Jessica), Justin Inks, Tyler Inks, Tara Buckley, Adam O'Connor, Joshua Quellhorst (Nicole), and Jaime Quellhorst.
She is also survived by great-grandchildren Ashley Mathis, Abby Mathis, Makala Kostrzewski, Hunter Riley Madrid, Jennifer Kostrzewski, Faith Kostrzewski, Patrick Bointy, Landon Bice, and Lucas Quellhorst.
Mass will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 10:00 am at Church of the Epiphany (914 Old Harrods Creek Road Louisville, KY 40223) with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery (1600 Newburg Road Louisville, KY 40205).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hosparus of Louisville.
