Anthony is survived by his loving Mother, Sherry Lee, Sister, Millie Alexander, Nephews, Randall Alexander and Kendall Alexander, Nieces, Kacey Alexander and Leann Alexander.
Services are private. Burial will be at Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
