Anthony "Toney" Dwayne Tyler, 57, of Mt. Washington, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Toney was a loving and devoted husband, son, father, brother, uncle and friend. He had a strong faith which was the cornerstone of his life. Toney cherished his family and friends and the everlasting memories made with them. He retired from the Ford Assembly Plant after dedicating more than thirty years of service. He had a caring and nurturing spirit, often willing to help anyone in need. Toney enjoyed lifting weights, bowling, and walking through nature with his wife. He will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of knowing him.

He was born on October 9, 1968 in Indianapolis, Indiana to William and Thelma Tyler.

Toney is survived by his loving wife of 6 years, LaDonna Tyler; Parents, William Robert Tyler and Thelma Louise Tyler; daughters, Alannah Tyler; Antonnia Tyler; son, Derrick Tyler; step-children, Charles Asberry, Jr., Lakesha Holt, George (Keisha) Morris, Jr., Lenette Holt; brother, William (Millicent) Tyler, Jr. and their children, Morgan Tyler, William Tyler, III, Michael Tyler; sister, Katina Brown-Johnson and her children, Michael Johnson, Kynnedy Johnson; brother, Marcus (Lise) Tyler and their children, Miles Tyler, Nolan Tyler; as well as a host of extended family and friends to cherish his loving memory forever.

A memorial service in celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, July 18th, 2026 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Fern Creek Community Center, 6104 Bardstown Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40291.
