Anthony R. Moon Jr., 36, passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 in Louisville, Kentucky.

Anthony was born on August 18, 1981 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Anthony R. Moon Sr. and Kim Buchanan.

Anthony is preceded in death by his father Anthony R. Moon Sr.

He is survived by his mother; Kim Buchanan, step-father; Noel Buchanan, his siblings; Angela Meyer Chissom, Jacqueline Moon Brooks, Marsha Meyer Moore and Brandon Buchanan, his beloved children; Sabrina Moon, Aleigha Moon and Adam Smith.

Family will receive friends on Sunday, October 15, 2017 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Louisville Southwest Chapel, 10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, Kentucky 40272. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at 5:00 pm also at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions, Louisville Southwest Chapel.
