His playful nature, marked by a keen ability to aggravate those around him while keeping them laughing, made him a beloved jokester among friends and family alike.

Anthony took immense pride in his role as a husband, father and grandfather. His dedication to raising his children and embracing his grandchildren as his own was a testament to his boundless love and commitment. He created vivid memories, often sharing his favorite candies—Werthers, Butterfingers, and M&M Peanuts—enjoying simple moments that brought about joy and laughter.

His love for his family, especially a cherished individual named Alleyanna, was profound. They held a special place in his heart, embodying the deep connections that defined his life. Anthony’s contributions to his family's happiness were immeasurable; he was always there to lend a helping hand, ensuring their needs were met and offering unwavering support.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Glenn and Martha Hart; brother, Tommy Hart; daughter, Shelby Walters; sister, Maria Hart and his mother-in-law, Shirley Poindexter.

Anthony leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife, Shiela Decker Hart; children, Mike Decker, Michelle Decker, Marshall Decker, Melissa Alford, Shana Walters, Michael Decker, Dakota Decker, Alleyanna Stovall, Nalayah and Andrew Raque; 35 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; brother, Tim Hart, Sr.; sister, Laura Hart and sister-in-law, Becky Hart.
