Anthony James "Tony" Halak, 33, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2016. He was born on June 8, 1983, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, to Daniel and Brenda (Bostock) Halak. Tony was a great father and loved his boys very much. He enjoyed motorcycle riding and weight lifting and loved horticulture.
Tony was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Halak. He is survived by his loving children, Jordan Roberson and Damion Halak; his mother, Brenda Halak; grandmother, Evelyn Bostock; and his companion, Kim Hertog; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Cremation was chosen and entrusted with Newcomer Funeral Home. A gathering of family and friends will take place from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 22, 2016, at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany).
