Anna E. Keys

Anna E. Keys, 82, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away peacefully on May 26, 2024. She was born on July 31, 1941 in Latonia, Kentucky to the late Hugh and Anna Mae Black. Anna was devoted wife, mother, and teacher.

She worked as a teacher for 20 years in Northern Kentucky and Louisville. Anna received her B.A. from Olivet Nazarene University and her M.A. from U of L. She was also a faithful member of Louisville First Church of God, teaching Sunday School and serving on the Board.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Joyce Black; and brother, Bill Black.

Anna is survived by her husband of 58 years, Dean Keys and sons, Jeffery and Mark (Gina) Keys.

Visitation will be on Saturday, June 1, 2024 from 2 - 4 pm at Louisville First Church of God (4408 Taylorsville Road) with a service at 4 pm followed by dinner. Burial will be at a later date at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Erlanger, KY.
