MURRELL, ANNA KATHLEEN, "KAT", 82, passed away on April 22, 2015 at Parkway Medical Nursing Home.
She was a member of Greater Friendship Baptist Church. Kat is preceded in death by her mother, James Woods; father, Douglas Woods; husband, Charles E. Murrell Sr.; two sisters, Vera Williams, and Zella Jones. She is survived by her two sons, Charles E. Murrell Jr., and Ronald L. Murrell; sisters, Mattie B. Britt and Clara D. Russell; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
A funeral service to honor the life of Mrs. Murrell will be held Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 1 p.m. at Greater Friendship Baptist Church (2325 Osage Ave, Louisville, KY 40210) Visitation will be Tuesday at church from 11 a.m. until time of service.
