Anna Laverne Frankum , 92, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, December 24, 2018.
She was born on March 10, 1926 in Louisville, Kentucky to Curtis and Rose (Bird) Westfall. She was a volunteer at Hazelwood Hospital and a member of Shawnee Baptist Church. Anna loved and was loved by her family and will be deeply missed.
She is preceded in death by husband, Gordon Frankum, her parents, brothers, Jack and Curtis, and sisters, Anita, Helen, and Jenny.
Anna is survived by her daughter, Angela Allen, daughter Peggy Higdon, son,
Garry Frankum, daughter, Lucretia Wathen, grandson , Michael Wathen, grandson, Jon Wathen, granddaughter , Melanie Green-Mitchell, granddaughter, Stephanie Haynes, grandson , Gordon Allen, granddaughter, Amanda Allen-Herm, great granddaughter , Gloria Jackson, great grandson , Tyler Haynes, great grandson , Eli Allen, great grandson , Reese Allen, great grandson , Blake Mitchell, great grandson , Jack Wathen, great granddaughter, Caroline Wathen, and brother, Donald Westfall.
The family will have a memorial at 11 am on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Iroquois Park at the clearing behind the amphitheater.
The family requests that contributions in Anna's memory be made to Saint Jude's Children Hospital.
