Anna Claire (Piazzolla) Tisheuar, 81, of New Albany, Indiana, formerly of Clearwater, Florida, passed away on Friday, August 22, 2014.
She was born on March 14, 1933 in Boston, Massachusetts to the late Damiano and Margaret (Rosati) Piazzolla. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Sr. Mary Ambrosia Piazzolla, Virginia Cristiani, Carmella Anselmo, and Tomasella Dowie.
Anna is survived by her children, Christopher A. Tisheuar (Theresa), Margaret A. "Margie" Rowell (Joseph "J.K."); sister, Jennie Reid; grandchildren, Sarah Chism (Eric), Suzanne Henderson (John), Nikki and Amy Rowell; and great-grandchildren, Isaiah and Callie.
Visitation will be from 3 to 8 PM on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany) and on Wednesday after 9 AM. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM on Wednesday at St. Mary's Navilleton Catholic Church (7500 Navilleton Road, Floyds Knobs) with burial to follow at Greenlawn Cemetery in Greenville, Indiana.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association (161 St. Matthews Ave., Suite 3, Louisville, KY 40207).
