Ann C. Toby

Ann C. Toby, 69, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on November 15, 2025. She was born on February 20, 1956, in Jasper, Indiana to the late Dennis "Red" Coble and Lora Anderson. She is also preceded in death by her siblings, Robert, Dennis, Carla, and Sheila. 

 She is survived by her daughter, Lori M. Toby of the Tampa Bay Area; and siblings, John "J.B." Coble and Wayne Anderson (Kim). 

Ann worked various jobs throughout her life, including delivering newspapers for the Indianapolis Star, a cab driver for her father, and most recently as an LPN. Ann took some time away from work to help raise her daughter, Lori, and was extremely proud of her. She loved listening to Rock n' Roll music and keeping her mind active by doing puzzles. She also loved her cats, owning several throughout her life. Ann was also an avid reader, and her favorite color was purple. 

Per Ann's wishes, cremation was chosen and no public services will be held. Lori will honor her mother's wishes by scattering her ashes in the mountains of Tennessee. 

In lieu of flowers donations in Ann's memory may be made to the Kentucky Humane Society.
