Anita Kay (Leidolf) Kays, 60, of New Salisbury, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, June 16, 2019. She was an employee at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital for over 44 years.
She was born on December 10, 1958, in New Albany, Indiana, to the late Arthur and JoAnn (Fertig) Leidolf.
Anita is survived by her husband of almost 40 years, Daniel Kays; son, Colton Kays (Matthew Rossmann); siblings, Mark Leidolf (Carol), Sheryl Staser (Tony), Bruce Leidolf (Peggy), A. James Leidolf (Holly), and Jo Lynn Gosnell; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Cremation was chosen and the family will hold a memorial service at a later date. Contributions in her memory be made to the Floyd County Animal Rescue League (215 West Market Street, New Albany, IN 47150).
