Angela Louise Phillips, 64, of Pewee Valley, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2025.

She was born on November 27, 1961 in Shelbyville, Kentucky to Billie and Ruby (Jones) Hedges. She is preceded in death by her Father, Billie Hedges, Mother, Ruby Hedges, Brothers Sidney Hedges, Dale Hedges, and Sister, Connie Hedges.

Angela is survived by her loving Husband, James Phillips, Son, Brandon Davis, Daughter, Amber (Dustin) Bain, Grandsons, Hunter Davis, Parker Hall, Kaleb Bain, and Granddaughter, Tayla Bain.

Visitation will be December 27th, 2025, from 1pm to 3pm. Services will follow at 3pm. Services will be held at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville KY, 40243.
