Andy was born on November 6, 1951, in Jeffersonville, Indiana to the late Dean Shepherd, Sr. and Alice Seibel.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Judy Shepherd; two sons, Nathan Shepherd (Diana) and Thad Shepherd; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; one brother, Dean "Rod" Shepherd, Jr. (Sheila).
