Amy Lea Crabtree, 44, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on December 31, 2014.
Amy was born on February 25, 1970, Louisville, Kentucky to Charles and the late V. Marie (Garrett) Crabtree. She was also preceded in death by her niece, Madalyn Hope Yates.
With her father Charles, Amy is survived by her brothers, Mark (Mary Pat) Crabtree, Jon Charles Crabtree, David (Amy) Crabtree, sister, Annis (Eddie) Yates, nephews, Eric (Hillary) Crabtree, Samuel Yates, Elijah Crabtree, nieces, Emily (Ryan) Kockentiet, Kaitlyn Yates, and Madyson Crabtree.
A memorial service will be held on January 10, 2015 at Woodland Baptist Church at 12 noon (809 North Pope Lick Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40243).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Woodland Baptist Church Building Fund.
