She was born on July 23, 1972 in Louisville, Kentucky to George and Connie (Klein) Miller.
Amy is survived by her daughter, Kaila Danielle Allen, Son, Mason Robert Allen (Brittni), mother Connie Susan Miller, father George Michael Miller, husband, Jerry Dale Allen, grandchildren Kamiyah, Brooklynn, Maycie, Kylie and brothers Jeff Miller (Isabelle) and Scott Miller.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am until the time of the memorial service at 12:00 pm on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at Newcomer Cremation, Funerals & Receptions (235 Juneau Drive Louisville, KY 40243).
