Amy Marie Adair, 42, of Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, March 14, 2021.
She was born on July 29, 1978 in Louisville, Kentucky. Amy loved spending time with her family and was always willing to help those in need. She was a proud breast cancer survivor who wanted to give back to help find a cure.
She is preceded in death by her father, Leslie Hart, Jr. and brother, Leslie "Bubba" Hart, III.
Amy is survived by her daughter, Savannah Jackman; son, Jason Jackman, Jr. (Olivia Seeders); Mother, Becky Hart; sister, Heather Hart; and grandson, Elijah Walker.
Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Monday, March 22, 2021 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - East Louisville, (235 Juneau Drive). Her Funeral Service will be at 4:00 pm on Monday, at the funeral home.
The family requests that contributions in Amy's memory be made to Shirley's Way or the Susan G. Komen Foundation for Breast Cancer.
