Amos Daniel Antrobus

February 19, 1937 — May 25, 2015

Amos Daniel "Dan" Antrobus, 78, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on May 25, 2015. Dan was a Marine Veteran and a member of the Middletown V.F.W. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, playing cards, and bowling. Dan loved spending time with his family.

Dan was born on February 19, 1937, Covington, Kentucky to the late Amos and Sarah Antrobus. He was also preceded in death by his brother, William Jerry Antrobus; and two grandchildren, Stephen and Samantha.

Dan is survived by his wife of 51 years, Diana; children, Michael David Antrobus, Jerry Lee Antrobus, Mary Elizabeth Swegles, Teri Lee Kozora, Pamela Ann Breneman, Tina Michelle Nicholson (Scott), Lisa Marie Hall (John); grandchildren, Chris, Jillian, Andrew, Aaron, Sarah, Christopher, Tabitha, Trevor, Krissi, Jenni, Daniel, Mary Beth, Michael, and Tyler; 13 great-grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Friday, May 29, 2015 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville). His Funeral Ceremony will be held Friday at 12:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - East Louisville with burial to follow at Duncan Memorial Cemetery in Crestwood, KY.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to the family.
