Alvita Renee Warfield, 64, born April 26, 1961, in Louisville, Kentucky, passed away on October 3, 2025, after a courageous battle with diabetes-related illness. A proud graduate of Doss High School, Alvita was known for her devotion to family.

She is survived by her son, four grandchildren, five siblings, daughter-in-law, best friend, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Alvita’s service gathering will be Tuesday October 14, 2025, at Newcomers Funeral Home 3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany, IN 47150 from 4pm to 6pm, the memorial service will begin at 6pm.

Her memory will forever live on in the hearts of her loved ones.
