Alma Louise Wade

The Lord reached down His hand and picked a delicate flower, Alma Louise Wade, 73, to take her home to be with Him on December 5, 2015. She enjoyed playing cards with her family and friends and was always giving hugs and kisses.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Wade; father, Edward Payne and 2 sons, Daniel Wade and Luther Wade.

She is survived by her daughters, Phyllis (Keith) Tucker, Victoria (Stewart) Gibson, Denise (Ronald) McKinley; sons, Glenn (Karen) Wade and Edward Wade; 8 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren and a host of family and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, December 9, 2015, from 10am-12pm at Newcomer Funeral Home SW Chapel (10304 Dixie Highway) with a celebration of Alma's life beginning at 12pm.

Burial will follow at Louisville Cemetery, 1339 Poplar Level Rd, Louisville, KY.
