Alice "Pete" Slone

Alice "Pete" Slone, age 82 of Louisville, Kentucky passed away Monday, April 28, 2025. Alice was born on May 22, 1942 in Colesburg, Kentucky to Charles & Christine Lutz. She was a current resident of Lilac Trace at The Enclave of East Louisville. Alice attended Manual High School, married and later became a mom to her 4 children. She worked and retired from Kroger after many years as a department head.

Alice is preceded in death by her parents, Charles & Christine Lutz; brother, Donald “Bub” Lutz and daughter, Kelly L. Green.

Alice is survived by her sister, Jane Gray; brother, Mike Lutz (Jane); sister-in-law, Tena Lutz; children, Phillip T. Green (Tenley), Michael R. Green, Todd A. Slone (Jennifer); grandchildren, Ryan Green, Corey Slone, Damon Slone, Austin Wilhite (Julia), Kaylee Lopez; nephews, Rick Anadell (Trisha), Dennis Enlow, Brian Enlow (Cindy), Don Lutz (Melissa), Tim Lutz (Tarrah) and several great grandchildren, great nephews and great nieces; companion, Larry Sprinkle

A gathering to celebrate Alice’s life will be on Thursday, May 8, 2025 from 5pm to 8pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals and Reception, East Louisville Chapel, 235 Juneau Drive, Louisville, Kentucky 40243.
