Alice K. Greer, 84, of Louisville, Kentucky passed away on February 17, 2016. She retired from Whirlpool Federal Credit Union in 1992 and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Alice was born on January 21, 1932 in Lancaster, Kentucky to the late Ash and Ida (Murphy) Killion. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Walter Garnett Killion.
Alice is survived by her husband of 65 years, Joe B. Greer; daughter, Julie (Tim) Anderson, son, Mark K. Greer, grandson, Peyton Anderson. She is also survived by her sister, Wilma (Bobby) Lay.
Visitation will be from 12:00 pm until the time of the memorial service at 3:00 pm on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home (235 Juneau Drive, Louisville 40243).
Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army in Danville, Kentucky (517 South 4th Street Danville, Kentucky 40422) and/or Project Warm (1252 South Shelby Street Louisville, Kentucky 40203).
