Alice Rose Greer Blackman was called home Dec.31,2020. She was born on March 31, 1951, in Jackson Tennessee to Rosie and Benjamin Greer who both preceded her in death. Alice was from a family of seven (3) girls: Ann, Shirley (who preceded her in death) and Mary (4) boys Willie, Frank (who preceded her in death), Michael, Tyrone ( who also preceded her in death).
Alice Rose confessed to Christ at a very young age. She went to Wendell Phillips High School and Debbie School of Beauty.
Alice Rose met and married Michael Blackman to this union (7) kids were born. Curtis, Joseph,Leaonard ( who preceded her in death) Che'rie Sean Michael and Jovan. (10) Grand Kids: Kee-Kee, Lil Curtis, Jenia,Jerron Jamarri and Javonte, Erica, April, Clarence,Sade' Ra'von, Lil Sean, Seanterria, Shannon, Travon and Terria Lil Micheal and Devon, Camron ( who also preceded her in death) and Jovan. (15) Great GrandKids and a Host of Family and Friends.
Alice Rose Loved life she met no strangers in this world. And, for every person that has crossed her path I can guarantee you she has impacted your life in some way form or fashion.(How Awesome) The strength and knowledge that God blessed her with to conquer her Trials and Tribulations.( How Awesome) OOH WEE Them cooking skills The hair Techniques, The advice, The Love, The Laughter, that she has passed down to all of us. ( How Awesome). So, I just want everybody to know and please believe me when I say my momma Alice Rose loved everybody. And she is everywhere we are (Amen).
